[ I ] maiConnect supports multiple Outlook categories [MCC-3061]
Outlook categories can be used to determine which account the e-mail is assigned to or which category it receives in SAP C/4HANA when synchronizing it.
With this release, it is now possible to do this simultaneously. In order for maiConnect to know which category is to be used for the assignment to an account, this must be identified accordingly. For this purpose, the category in Outlook is structured as follows:
Account:<external ID of the account> (example: “Account:1000081337”).
Outlook categories that start with “Account:” are no longer used by maiConnect for the assignment of a category in SAP C/4HANA during synchronization – but solely for the assignment of the e-mail to an account.
[ B ] BUG: Error in transferring the sender during email synchronization [MCC-3058]
If during synchronization an e-mail was assigned to an account based on an Outlook category, it could happen that the sender of the e-mail was transferred incorrectly due to an error.
This error has been fixed. However, if the sender’s e-mail address is not registered in SAP C/4HANA (neither to an employee, nor to a contact person), maiConnect will leave this field empty during synchronization. However, due to SAP’s own logic, this field is then filled – and the actual sender is thus changed.
[ B ] BUG: Abort of realignment report [MCC-3074
Fixed an error that could cause the realignment report to abort.
General improvements and bug fixes
Some other minor bugs have been fixed and improvements introduced to increase the stability and performance of maiConnect.
