Fear, uncertainty and SAP S/4HANA
It’s tough to be synchronized and on top of things when running SAP S/4HANA.
At times, a person might feel like they are running in place, losing time cut-and-pasting events, calls, and emails between the twin business towers of SAP and MS Outlook. All the while, hoping that a missed connection or a lost appointment will not come and land disastrously on their head.
It’s not an easy task, because SAP S/4HANA does not make synchronizing data with Outlook easy – or automatic.
But, if your company’s running SAP S/4HANA – help is on the way…
A new maiConnect variant is being finalized now that will bring bi-directional, real-time data synchronicity between SAP and Outlook.
“This means three things,” explains Ulrich Winter, Head of Software Development at maihiro products. “First, data is exchanged both ways, between SAP and Outlook. Second, it happens in real time – fast. Third, from a functionally perspective, it will synchronize your appointments, tasks, and phone calls from the very beginning.”
Data integration for S/4 is logical step for maihiro products. “All of our experience with the other existing maiconnect variants is being put into the new S/4HANA integration,” points out Ulrich. “We are experts in that and thats why it will be a reliable product.”
